Surface of the vineyards: 3600 mq.
Vineyards: Bricco Olive is the name of the vineyard, located in the hill of Moncucco, near Santo Stefano Belbo, vines in guyot, exposition east, altitude 400 m. above sea level.
Harvest: end of September
Wine making process: firstly the cold maceration process of the berry skins takes place, secondly the pressing, then the decanting of the must and finally the fermentation in pressure tank at a controlled temperature.
Characteristics: very limpid, lightly sparkling, colour: yellow straw with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense and persistent with aromas of apple, orange and flowers. It is dry, fresh and sapid with a mineral and bitterish after taste.
Tasting temperatures: 8-10°C
Food arrangements: excellent as a summer wine, it also matches perfectly with appetizers, vegetables with mayonnaise sauce, salads and fish menus.
Moscato D’Asti D.O.C.G.
Tendril: Moscato Bianco 100%
Surface of the vineyards: 6 Ha
Vineyards: properties located in Castiglione Tinella, Mango and Santo Stefano Belbo, vines in guyot , exposure south/south-west, altitude 400 m. above sea level.
Harvest: beginning of September
Wine making process: the grapes are softly pressed, then the must is placed in a steel pressure tank, where the fermentation process takes place at a controlled temperature. The purification and filtration step follows. The use of selected yeasts, yields a lively wine. In fact the fermentation process is stopped in advance producing a light sparkling wine with high residual sugar content and a low alcohol level.
Characteristics: colour straw yellow, sweet, pleasantly acidulous, with delicate and persistent aroma.The bouquet is intense with loads of fresh floral fruits such as peach, orange, elder and honey and musk flavour.
Tasting temperatures: 8°C
Food arrangements: outstanding dessert wine. It combines perfectly with dry pastry, meringues, biscuits and cakes. It is also perfect as an aperitif or fruit cocktail with peaches, strawberries and melon or a light summer wine. It can also accompany soft cheeses.

Description olfactory analysis: strong sensations of ripe grapes and ‘ passito wine. It is intense and aromatic with loads of sage and liquorice . Our grappa is normally aged for six months in oak barrique. This process amplify a nice bouquet and gives the characteristic amber color. it is produced with the berrie skins of our Moscato grapes.
The traditional and accurate steam discontinuous distillation process allows to appreciate the persistent aromas of the original grapes.
