Ca’d Balos Summer cocktail

Ingredients for 4 people 1 bottle of Moscato d’Asti (at 4° C /40°F) ½ kg ( 4/5 fruits) of yellow or white peaches, very ripe.

Place a glass carafe in the freezer for at least one hour
Peel the peaches and remove the stones.
Blend the peaches in the mixer.
Pour the wine and the blended peaches into the carafe and serve the cocktail immediately
